What browsers does Consult GST support?
We support all modern browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and IE 10. We also support IE 9, but we do not support IE 8 and below.

Does the free plan expire?
YES, the free plan is valid for 15 days only with all functionality. When the 15-day trial period of the premium features ends, the premium features are turned off and the subscription plan continues immediately.

What is the difference between the free plan and the premium plans?
The free plan provides a superb basic set of Consult GST features. The premium plans add additional features for power users. Visit the plans page for a list of which features are in each plan.

Is advance consultancy available on your platform?
YES! We are offering advance consultancy for high level GST Compliances. We are having a group of Senior Tax Consultants/Professional/Retired CBEC Officers, who are empaneled with us for advance level consultancy and legal advises.

Can I use the Enterprise plan if I have less than 500 Invoices per month?
Yes, but you must purchase at least the plan for >500 invoices even if you do not use them all.

Our site has had 99.99% uptime, no data loss, and no security breaches since we launched.

What kind of security measures do you take?
By default, all web pages are served using HTTPS. All personal passwords are encrypted. Our e-commerce integration is PCI compliant, and financial data never even touches our servers. We perform automated vulnerability scans on our systems and source code. All access to files, such as images and videos, are via URLs that are individually encrypted for each user to prevent unauthorized sharing of resources.

No, we do not charge any kind of setup fee. Both sites are pay-as-you-go. You can avail data feeding and transformation from old system, by paying some nominal charges.

We are primarily a cloud-hosted service, which allows us to offer the site at a low cost as well as easily add new features and fix issues when they are detected. We also provide a Desktop or Mobile version of the application which can be used to input data (off-line) and sync it with our cloud system so that it can be accessed by our tax consultant for smooth operations. Also you can view your data any-time, any-where, on any-device.
